Warebeam is warehouse operations software for organizing inventory by warehouse and physical Bin, receiving and moving stock, counting stock, reconciling Shopify inventory, and supporting picking and dispatch.

Data Warebeam stores

Warebeam stores merchant account and workspace information, warehouse, Bin, Item, inventory, receipt, stocktake, pick, and settings data. For a Shopify installation, Warebeam stores the exact shop, Location, ProductVariant, FulfillmentOrder, fulfillment, and related integration identifiers needed to operate the connection.

Shopify access and refresh tokens are retained only on the server, excluded from normal query logging, and never returned to the browser. Warebeam does not currently request Shopify customer or order scopes and does not intentionally retrieve or store customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or shipping addresses.

How data is used

Data is used to provide the warehouse features requested by the merchant, authenticate access, synchronize selected Shopify resources, reconcile inventory, and complete explicit fulfillment actions. Warebeam does not automatically overwrite Shopify inventory.

Uninstall, redaction, and retention

Uninstalling invalidates stored Shopify credentials and disables the integration. Shopify's later shop-redaction request permanently removes the installation, tokens, mappings, dispatch recovery state, and subscription cache. A workspace is removed only when it has no members and no other integrations; otherwise its provider-neutral warehouse records are retained.

Warebeam keeps service data while it is needed to operate the merchant's account and meet legitimate operational obligations. Warebeam uses access controls, scoped credentials, transport security, and database constraints intended to protect service data; no system can promise absolute security.
