Terms of Service

Warebeam is provided as available to support warehouse and inventory operations. The merchant is responsible for the accuracy of warehouse data, safe physical handling, staff permissions, and confirming actions that change Shopify inventory or fulfillment state.

Shopify is a separate platform with its own terms and availability. Subscription selection and charges for the Shopify edition are administered through Shopify App Pricing.

Users must not misuse Warebeam, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful activity. Availability and support may change, and access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or discontinued service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated, and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms do not invent or imply a legal entity, jurisdiction, address, or registration that has not been published by the service operator.

The operator's legal name must be supplied in the production release configuration before Shopify App Store submission. For support, email support@warebeam.com.
